Most instances where the LEVO is not performing to expectations can be easily resolved by simple troubleshooting procedures.
Below is a list of issues that may arise during post-processing operations.

  1. The LEVO doesn’t turn on
  • Step 1) If the controller touchscreen on the LEVO is not on, check that the machine is plugged into the correct supply and that the MAIN DISCONNECT SWITCH is set to ON.
  • Step 2) Push the POWER BUTTON to reset the safety relay.
  • Step 3) If the controller touchscreen still doesn’t come on, remove power from the system, open the Electrical Access Door and check Fuse F1001 in the MAIN DISCONNECT SWITCH. If the fuse is blown, do NOT start the system and call PostProcess Technical Support.
  • Step 4) If the fuse is good and the controlled touchscreen still doesn’t come on, call PostProcess Technical Support.
  • Step 5) If the controlled touchscreen comes on but the motor won’t start, check the Alarms/Warnings screen and clear any faults that may have been triggered.
  • Step 6) If there are no triggered events on the Alarms/Warnings screen and the motor still won’t start, call PostProcess Technical Support.
  1. The LEVO sediment tank doesn’t drain
  • Step 1) If the LEVO sediment tank doesn’t drain, check the Alarms/Warnings screen to see if the High Pressure Alarm has triggered. If it has, check the discharge hose for kinks or blockages.
  • Step 2) If the High Pressure Alarm has not triggered, check the sediment pump tube for blockages or wear. Clear the tube or replace it as required.
  • Step 3) Go to the Manual screen and press the SEDIMENT PUMP button. If the sediment pump doesn’t start, remove power from the system and check Circuit Breaker CB1028.
If the circuit breaker has tripped, contact PostProcess Technical Support.
  1. There is a decrease in solution flow or the flow has stopped
  • Step 1) If the flow through the nozzles slows or stops completely, check the Supply Tank % to ensure that there is solution in the Supply Tank. Top off the Supply Tank as required.
  • Step 2) Check the Agitation Level to ensure that the output is correct. The nozzles should spray for approximately 1/4 to 1/2 second regardless of level.
  • Step 3) If there is spray but the performance is still degraded, check the nozzles as defined below.
  • Step 4) If there is no spray and the nozzles are clear, check the Nozzle Pump fuse, F1026.
  • Step 5) If the fuse is good but performance is still degraded, call PostProcess Technical Support.
  1. The spray nozzles are not operating properly
  • Step 1) Check the nozzles for excessive buildup and clean them with a mild detergent and soft brush. In extreme cases, it may be necessary to run a stiff wire through the nozzle passageway.
  1. Water or liquids are leaking inside of or around the LEVO.
  • During manufacturing, all the LEVO plumbing fixtures were affixed and sealed using industrial-grade materials. If any of the plumbing connections, pipes, or hoses begin to leak, shut down the LEVO and contact PostProcess Support for further instruction.
  1. Solution is building up in the processing chamber
  • Step 1) Remove the media and clean the processing chamber and drains to clear away any buildup. Flush the system by pouring approximately 1 gallon (4 liters) of clean warm water into the process chamber.
  1. There is excessive foam in the sediment tank
  • Step 1) Contact PostProcess Technical Support if excessive foaming persists.
  1. The LEVO vibrator motor stops running
  • Step 1) Under normal operation, the LEVO will stop automatically when it reaches the end of its cycle run-time. Press the BLUE ARROW to return to the Home Screen.
  • Step 2) If the LEVO is in Bucket Drain mode, the vibrator motor will stop if the Sediment Tank Sensor Alarm is triggered. To resume operation, drain the sediment tank per the above instructions.
  • Step 3) If the vibrator motor stops abnormally, check the Alarms/Warnings screen since any alarm trigger will initiate a vibrator motor shutdown. Correct the condition, clear the fault on the Alarms/Warnings screen and resume operation. If the vibrator motor still will not start, call PostProcess Technical Support.
  1. The LEVO is not stationary or stable
  • The LEVO was designed with casters with adjustable feet that can be lowered and locked in place to make the machine stationary. To prevent unwanted movement, pull out the metal ratchet on each caster, adjust them to the desired height and lock the wheels into place by pushing the ratchet back into the caster.
  1. Where can I find the LEVO serial number?
  • The serial number can be found on the left rear panel on the back of the machine (highlighted in green) and will resemble the ID plate as shown below.
