Cleaning the Sediment Tank

1. Open Manual Mode and hold down the PUMP icon until all the liquid in the sediment tank is removed
   The Sediment Tank % will display 0% as shown above.
   

2. Open front doors and lift up the shroud (highlighted in green above).
   

3. Using a shop vacuum, vacuum up any foam or solids residue.

4. If a complete clean is needed, remove the two thumbscrews from the doorstop in front of the sediment tank and remove the tank from the machine.
   

5. Rinse the tank in a sink. Using hot water and a rag, clean the stainless steel sediment shroud and motor cover. Wipe down the inside of the LEVO.

6. With the sediment tank removed, check the motor attachment fasteners

!Particular attention must be paid to the motor attachment fasteners. If loose, immediately shut down the system and contact PostProcess Technical Support since the LEVO will be damaged if the system is run in this condition.

8. Replace the tank, screw in the shroud and the doorstop.

9. Reset Overall System maintenance hours by pressing the blue RESET button as shown below.
