The LEVO is designed and configured to mechanically smooth external surfaces on a variety of 3D print technologies. The LEVO is engineered to utilize Suspended Rotational Force technology which may be configurable based on a specific operational need. To learn more, please contact PostProcess and ask about the LEVO Configuration Settings.
The top side of the LEVO houses the processing chamber. The envelope is approximately 12” (30 cm) in diameter and contains media selected to maximize a specific surface finishing need. Although the hinged lid is designed to stay open while loading and unloading from the processing chamber, excessive vibration and other factors can cause it to close. Caution should be used when reaching into the processing chamber.
Beneath the processing chamber is the sediment tank where the processing chamber drains. For more information about cleaning and maintaining the sediment tank system for the LEVO, please see the Maintenance Operations section of this User Manual.
If the controller touchscreen is off, press the POWER button to turn on the LEVO and wait for the Home screen to display.
