The buttons on the right of the screen control access to basic navigation features.

There are two primary settings that can be selected on the Auto Setup screen. The settings chosen for a specific cycle is based on the media selection and desired surface finish.
AGITATION LEVEL | Settings 1 through 4 that control the rotational speed (RPM) and detergent dosing frequency. |
Select the RPM and dosing frequency combination to optimize media performance. The dosing frequency will directly impact maximum cycle time. Approximate default RPMs for each Agitation Level: [ 1 ] – 180 RPM [ 2 ] – 250 RPM [ 3 ] – 325 RPM [ 4 ] – 450 RPM |
|
TIME | This setting determines the cycle run time. |
Use the + and – buttons to increase or decrease the cycle time in 10 minute increments. |
The user is informed of the remaining capacity of both the supply and sediment tanks.
SUPPLY TANK LEVEL | This displays the real-time output from the supply tank level sensor. |
The supply tank level will limit the maximum allowable continuous cycle time.
SEDIMENT TANK LEVEL | This displays the real-time output from the sediment tank level sensor. |
Depending on the drain mode selected, the sediment tank level will limit the maximum allowable continuous cycle time. |
|
Increasing cycle time beyond system recommendation. |
After adjusting the settings for the part to be finished, use the buttons shown below to control the cycle.
Press PLAY to initiate or resume a cycle.
Press PAUSE to temporarily suspend processing while maintaining cycle time progress.
Press STOP to end processing and reset cycle time. |
