Manual Mode options

The LEVO can be operated in a completely manual mode. It is important to keep in mind that the configured AUTO modes are all optimized for the most efficient operation. However, manual mode may be preferred when an operator is experimenting with new geometries or parameters. From the Home screen, press the MANUAL button to access the Manual Run screen.

Manual Run Mode

The buttons along the bottom of the screen control the available mechanical functions of the LEVO. Any function that is active will be highlighted blue. If a button is released or turned off, it will become greyed out (as shown above). Below, the functions are explained in detail.

• RPM (Speed) – Set the rotational speed (rotations per minute) of the processing chamber.
• VIBRATORY MOTOR – Turn the vibratory motor on and off. The motor will shut off after 60 seconds.
• NOZZLE PUMP – Press and hold to activate the supply tank pump and cycle detergent through the dozing nozzle into the processing chamber.
• SEDIMENT PUMP – Press and hold to activate the sediment tank pump and cycle liquid waste into a waste container.
  

!The nozzles will not spray and the sediment tank will not drain automatically in this mode.
