There are three primary variables that can be selected in the Auto Setup screen. The settings are based on the properties of the parts being finished.
AGITATION LEVEL | Settings 1 through 4 that control the energy level intensity. Disabled for models -09, -10, -11, and -12. See Processing Guidelines for Ultrasonic % recommendations. |
Key energy sources are ultrasonics agitation and the vortex flow of detergent. Selecting Level 1 will provide minimal ultrasonics and pump agitation, and Level 4 provides the highest. |
|
TEMPERATURE | The system will heat up to and maintain this temperature throughout part processing. Temperature input disabled for models -09, -10, -11, and -12 |
Use the slider to set the desired temperature of the detergent in the tank. The user can also use the + / – to adjust the temperature. |
|
TIME | Part processing will automatically stop once the cycle time expires |
Use the + and – buttons to increase or decrease the cycle time. |
Once the desired settings have been selected, the user has the option to start the cycle, save the settings, or open an existing set of processing parameters.
