The DEMI 800 Series is designed to be fully automatic and configured to remove supports from the following 3D print technologies: PolyJet, FDM, SLA, CLIP, and others. The DEMI 800 Series is engineered to utilize an automated Submersed Vortex Cavitation system that is configurable based on a specific operational need.

The top side of the DEMI 800 Series houses the main processing tank. The part envelope is approximately 46 cm x 46 cm x 46 cm (18” x 18” x 18”) and is filled with detergent carefully selected to maximize a specific support removal need. When fully opened, the hinged doors will remain supported by the top platform to guide detergent back into the tank. Caution should be used when reaching into the tank.

To the left of the processing tank is the overflow tank where an operator can access the screen filter. For more information about cleaning and maintaining the filtration system for the DEMI 800 Series please see the Maintenance Operations section of this User Manual.

If the controller touchscreen is off, press the POWER button to turn on the DEMI 800 Series and wait for the Home screen to display.

To begin a cycle, access the Auto Setup screen (below) by pressing the AUTOMAT3D™ button from the Home screen. It is important to note that the DEMI 800 Series will retain the settings from the previous cycle. If no changes are required, the cycle can be started by pressing the PLAY button. If new settings are required for the next cycle, review the procedures in the Auto Setup Controls section.

For models -09, -10, -11, and -12, Agitation Levels are replaced with Ultrasonic % and Temperature Input capabilities are removed.
The Cycle Time will be displayed in minutes and seconds (MM:SS) as shown below.
