Level of access

There are different levels of access to Gateway:

• Account management vehicles in company, all depots, all divisions, comparison between depots, orders, invoices, etc)
• Division management (vehicles based in set area across several depots)
• Depot management (video from vehicles in one depot, data from drivers and vehicles in that one depot, including trends and driver behaviour (where applicable))

There is a fourth type of access to video possible, which is through a sharable link. This is important for third-party sharing of footage as it allows you to share specific video and telematics from that trip, without giving access to any further depot details, driver behaviour or trends. The third party will not require a Gateway login to view the video and its context (map, driver, route, telematics).
