After login you will be directed to your group operator control panel welcome page.

From this section you can view recent customer activity on your account.

To view a customer’s public profile please click on the customer’s name listed at the bottom of your welcome page. This will open a new window and will display the customer’s name, image, call rating, status, favorite operators, and user comments.

You will also see a link ‘Send me a Message’ link located under the customer’s image. If you wish to send a secure message you can do so by clicking the send message link. Your message, including any attachments will route securely to the customer.

Privacy Policy: Please be sure to send all messages through your platform message system. This will ensure that all personal details are protected for both the customers and operators.
