Inbox

As the group owner you can view and respond to every message sent to operators in your group list. From the customer’s point of view the message will appear from the operator. For example if you reply to a message sent to pone of your operators the customer will see the operator name in the ‘from’ list. This way you can act on behalf of all operators in your list.

To view the inbox click in the inbox link located in the upper right hand corner.

This will direct you to the main inbox which will display messages sent to all of the operators listed under your group account.

To reply to a customer’s message click on the subject link, then click the reply button located in the upper right hand corner.

You can then enter your reply and the message will be sent directly to the customer.

To view all sent messages click on the sent message link.

You will then see a list of all messages sent from your operator accounts.
