You can manage, create, edit, and delete web store items from every operator listed under your group operator account.

To begin click on ‘operator store’ from your group owner control panel:

The first section is the list of operator products. This section displays all operator products listed under your account and includes some very important details:

From the list you will see:

  • Web store image
  • Operator name
  • Item title
  • Price
  • Product description
  • Total views
  • Product status
  • Date created and modified
  • Management links: edit product, delete product, download, button code.

To create a new web store item click on the ‘add new product’ button located toward the upper right hand corner.

You will then be able to create a new web store item for any operator listed under your account.

  1. To create the new store item you will first need to select which operator the store item will be created for.
  2. Next enter the product name.
  3. Upload a product cover image. *This is the public image that will display the product.
  4. Next select the product type; downloadable or shipment. Download means the product will be available for the customer to download immediately after purchase. Shipment means that the product will be shipped to the customer.
  5. Enter the product description.
  6. Create the price for the product.

When completed click submit and your new product will be created instantly and appear in your web store items list.

To view any orders click on the order history link:

You will then see all orders for every operator listed under your group owner account:
