From your group owner control panel you can view the call history for all operators listed under your account. This includes both successful calls and missed calls.

To see this section click on ‘call history’ from your group owner control panel.

You will see two sub-tabs; Success Calls and Missed Calls. Each are explained below:

Success Calls: In this section you will see all successful calls to operators listed in your group account. This includes the customer’s name, operator name, operator extension number, operator profit (based on the per minute rate and percentage rate), feedback, show/hide feedback option, and a send message button.

You can elect to show or hide feedback using the show/hide feedback option.

Missed Calls: In this section you can view all missed calls to operators listed in your group account. This includes the customer’s name, operator name, operator extension number, call date, and a send message button.

The customer’s account balance is not charged for any missed calls. If a call is missed the customer will hear a message that the operator they are trying to reach is currently not available and to send a message or try back in a few minutes.
