The Third Contact: The Final Evaluation

This final contact is scheduled to occur in the last two weeks of your placement. The major focus of this meeting is on the final evaluation of your learning and professional performance. Both you and the Field Instructors are required to have completed the final evaluation and submit it via the IPT system. This is an opportunity for students to discuss your learning outcomes and to reflect on the trajectory of learning across the term.
