5.5. NASSP/NHS Membership & Supplies

The National Association of Secondary School Principals, which also includes the National Honor Society, vendor # 1062 in ERP, no longer accepts standard purchase orders.

The following must be adhered to in order to enroll a member, renew a member, or order NHS supplies. If you do not follow this procedure your membership or supplies may not be renewed or received.

Memberships

1. Call 1-800-253-7745
   1. Select the option for Customer Care
2. Request a formal quote, with an order number for a membership
   1. Provide them with your school email
3. Use that quote to enter a direct check requisition into ERP
   1. The first line item must be your Order Number at $0.00
4. Submit a BOSC Ticket
   1. Ticket Type = Direct Check
   2. The invoice/quote received by them is sufficient back up to process payment – you don’t have to do anything additional.

National Honor Society Supplies

1. Call 1-800-253-7745
   1. Select the option for Customer Care
2. Request a formal quote, with an order number
   1. If you don’t know the items you need in advance please visit the NHS store website
   2. Provide them with your school email
3. Use that quote to enter a direct check requisition into ERP
   1. The first line item must be your Order Number at $0.00
4. Submit a BOSC Ticket
   1. Ticket Type = Direct Check
   2. The invoice/quote received by them is sufficient back up to process payment – you don’t have to do anything additional.
