Please use the following information as a guide on communicating with the Business Office Staff through the BOSC.

  • If you need a status update, please log into the BOSC and check your ticket or reply directly to your ticket confirmation.
  • If you receive an email from the BOSC asking you to perform a task (e.g., Receive in ERP), you must reply to the ticket and confirm that you have completed the task for the process to move forward.
  • When submitting a ticket, if you want to include a CC (i.e., your supervisor) you may do so by clicking the ‘Add CC’ link.
