- Thermometers will be placed visibly in all refrigerators and freezers.
- Alarms will be maintained in good working order on walk-in refrigerators and freezers.
- All leftover foods will be labeled with the name of the product and date.
- Any foods not labeled or dated will be discarded.
- Any bulging or leaking cans will be discarded properly.
- The FIFO (first “In” first “Out”) method of inventory will be practiced.
- All chemicals will be stored away from food and other food-related supplies.
