The RCA Owner can make direct modifications in this section of the form. They can add, edit, or view action items.

  1. Add: This button allows users to add a new action item (see previous instance).
  2. Edit: This button allows users to edit an existing action item (see previous instance).
  3. View: This button allows users to view the action item.
    • To view, select the action item that you want to view from the grid and click on the View button. In viewing mode, users cannot make any modifications. They can, however, download any attached files, view details inside supplemental forms, and perform Excel-related activities (i.e., export, import, and create an Excel template).
  4. Export to Excel: This button allows users to export selected columns from the grid to Excel.
  5. Times Rejected: This figure refers to the number of times an action item has been rejected.
  6. Delete: This button allows users to delete an action item.
    • Icon:
    • If selected, users will be alerted about the action with the following confirmation message:
      • Click on either the Yes button to confirm the deletion or the No button to cancel it.
