8.1.1. CAPA Details

The RCA Owner can make a few direct modifications in this section of the form.

1. CAPA ID/CAPA Start Date/Select the User: These fields are all disabled, preventing any modifications.
2. Source: This field can be modified.
3. CAPA Initial Closure Date: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the initial closure date for the CAPA. It is a mandatory field.
