7. Action Items

In this section, users can both create a new action and access a list of all actions.

1. Click on the CAPA application.
2. Selecting CAPA directs users to this subpage. Click on Action Items.
   
3. Selecting Action Items directs users to the following modules:
   • Create a New Action
   • Action Item List

!Action items are not required to be part of a CAPA instance. The system enables users to create and execute action items independently. The
form and workflow for an independent action item remains the same as if it were created in CAPA.
