4.1.2. New Audit Definition – New Fields

In the New Audit Definition form, we have added the following new fields:

*Although the Audit Type dropdown in this form is not new, we have added more fields relating to the supplier audit type. For more details on this matter, click here.

1. Category: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of predefined categories.
   • Categories are created in the Category section of General Settings.
2. Business Line: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of business lines.
   • This dropdown is closely linked with the Business Division dropdown. It will retrieve all child divisions (or departments) of the selected business division.
     • For example, if Human Resources is selected in the Business Division dropdown, the Business Line dropdown will only display the list of business lines related to the Human Resources department.
       

!If a business division is not selected, the Business Line dropdown will not release any items.

3. Created By: This field is automatically populated with the name—full name and login name—of the user creating the audit definition. It is not editable at any stage of the workflow.
4. Creation Date: This field is automatically populated with the date upon which the audit definition is being created. It is not editable at any stage of the workflow.
