12.1.7.1.4. Comments

In this section of the Collect Evidence form, users can provide comments on the collected evidence. This field is available at the bottom of all tabs.

1. Comment: This field allows users to input their comments.
   • For more details on this field, click here.
   • Any comments (or replies) inputted will populate the Comments grid in the Collect Evidence form.
     
2. Apply: This button allows users to save their work and return to the Collect Evidence form.
   • Users can navigate between different evidence requests by using the arrows on either side of the Apply button.
   • Once changes have been applied, the Sample Count in the Evidence grid of the Collect Evidence form will be updated accordingly.
