We are examples to the students in this area. Dress should be neat, modest and professional. How a teacher dresses has an impact on the climate of a classroom. All clothing shall be consistent with and appropriate for a professional working environment. We reserve the right to make recommendations concerning dress.
Women may wear dresses, skirts, dress slacks, and capris. Hem lengths should be modest. Clothing must not be tight (i.e. yoga pants or leggings without modest length dress) or low cut.
Men may wear slacks and dress or collared sport shirts.
Jeans, casual shorts, tee-shirts and flip flops are appropriate only for staff planning days. Jeans should ONLY be worn on GRACE days with appropriate GRACE spirit wear (business casual in GRACE colors or GRACE t-shirt).
