Show Top/Bottom

The Top/Bottom only feature is used for displaying certain range of records in relation to the returned dataset.

Click the Show Only Top button the Toolbar. Then select the restriction type:

• Do not Restrict – removes all restrictions
• Top count – selects only a number of top records
• Top percent – selects only a top percent of records
• Top total – selects only the topmost records whose cumulative total is at least a specified value
• Bottom count – selects only a number of bottom records
• Bottom percent – selects only a bottom percent of records
• Bottom total – selects only the bottom-most records whose sum is at least a specified value
  

1. Select the Measure on which to restrict.
2. Input the desired number/percent.
3. Select the Dimension on which to be restricted.
