Toggle the Report Tree
Click the plus symbol in the upper left-hand side of the report navigation window.
Save Report
Click the Save Report button. If report is new, you must first Add report. If report already exists, click Save to overwrite old report version.
Field List
Click the Field List button to display/hide the Measures and Dimension Attributes.
Visual Aids
Click the Chart button for visual graphs and data representation.
Switching Data Rows & Columns
Click the Switch Axis button to reverse the layout of the Row data and the Column data.
Drill-through Behavior
Click the Expand/Drill Down/Expand All button for faster drill-through actions when working with hierarchies.
Filtering Data
Click the Filter Rows button to display a subset of the data based meeting a desired criteria.
Quick Filters
Click the Show Only Top button to quickly filter out a subset of data based on Counts, Percents or Totals.
Displaying Percent of Totals
Click the Add Percent to Total of Measures button to display how much percentage a row constitutes of the total Measure amount.
Sparkline
Click the Sparkline button to display a visual next to the Measure amount indicating a trend across a desired period of time.
Custom Calculated Fields
Click the Add Calculated Field to generate a custom Measure in your report.
Custom Dimension Attributes
Click the Add Named Set button to create a custom Attribute that meets desired conditions.
Color Themes
Click the Theme button to change the color theme of your report.
Conditional Formatting
Click the Conditional Formatting button to highlight certain rows of data that meet a desired condition.
Report Options
Click the Options button to toggle a variety of report settings such as displaying summary rows, alternating row colors or pagination.
Zoom In/Out
Click the Zoom button to increase or decrease your view size of the report.
Exporting Reports
Click the Export button to view the report as an Excel, CSV, PDF or HTML format.
