ActiveControl offers three types of Integrations to allow easy bi-directional communication with other ITSM, DevOps and Automated Testing tools.
1. Direct Integrations based on our SAP Integration framework
2. Node-RED Integrations (as of ActiveControl 8.40)
3. Custom integrations using APIs and/or Webhooks
