The Integration Framework typically integrates based on the Business Task [Reference] field containing the 3rd Party ticket number.
Since some customers prefer to use ActiveControl auto-generation of Task References – it is now possible to integrate based on the 3rd Party ticket number being stored in a separate ‘custom’ field.
Please note that this capability is currently only available as part of JIRA integration.
