Club Health Checks

Each season all clubs are required to complete a Junior Activities Health Check. SLSQ Regional Membership staff (MDC) will assist clubs in this process as required and will complete visits to clubs towards the second half of the season.

All information will be made available to the SLSQ Junior Activities Advisor and clubs are welcome to raise any issues to the Junior Activities Advisory Panel (JAAP) via your Branch representative.

The check is completed in a number of steps, as outlined below:

1. Call for Committees (Club)
2. Committee Updates completed in the SLSQ Education Hub (see below procedure).
3. Clubs and MDC to review Gap calculator and address findings.
4. JAC to complete JotForm Health Check Questionnaire
5. MDC to compile findings + Return to Clubs/Branch & State
6. MDC/Branch JAC will make visits to necessary clubs
