Each season all clubs are required to complete a Junior Activities Health Check. SLSQ Regional membership staff (MDC) will assist with clubs in this process as required and will complete visits to clubs towards the second half of the season.
All information will be made available to the SLSQ Junior Activities Advisor and clubs are welcome to raise any issues to the Junior Activities Advisory Panel (JAAP) via your Branch representative.
The check is completed in a number of steps, as outlined below:
- Call for Committees (Club)
- Committee Updates Due Back to MDC
- MDC to complete JA Calculator Check on all clubs and return findings
- MDC to email JAC JotForm Link to all JAC’s
- JAC to complete JotForm
- MDC to compile findings + Return to Clubs/Branch & State
- MDC/Branch JAC will make visits to necessary clubs
Make sure your Club’s JAC & Junior Committee details are updated in Surfguard under the Officers section in Organisation Management & the Junior Groups in Patrol Teams
