Steps to setting up the new loyalty program which works for BOTH Credit/Debit Cards and Loyalty Cards. Please note that the same Card must be used in order to get the promotion. If you have several different Loyalty Cards and/or Credit Cards, the promotion will be separate for each card and they will not combine. The cards do not need to be registered to participate in the loyalty program, however if the Loyalty Card or Credit Card is registered the customer can see all their transactions and how many washes left until they are eligible from the Free Wash.
- Please note that you can only choose one program (Usage or Points) and if you want to switch loyalty programs from Usage to Points or vice versa, the loyalty rewards earned till date will not transfer. However, if you go back to the original program you had, the loyalty rewards earned will still be there.*
1. Log onto your account under www.spyderwash.com/operator
2. On the top right click on your Email ID —->“My account”.
3. Click the Blue “Edit” button on bottom and decide which promotion type you want to offer. In the screenshot below you can see that “By Usage” was selected. On the right hand side you can also decide if you want this promotion to work for all your locations or only one of them.

Customers can register their Loyalty and/or Credit Card and view their “Free Wash” history or redeem points to their loyalty card by going to www.spyderwash.com.
If a customer already has an account created, all they need to do is log in.
If you already have an account and want to add an additional loyalty card or a credit card for the program, then log into your account and click on the tab “Manage Card”.
