In this section we are going to show how to make an employee card that will auto-recharge and not reflect towards your Revenue reports.
You want to go to “Manage > Manage Loyalty Card”.
You will then see a screen that looks like the below image:
From her you can enter the Card # you would like to make changes to in the section “Loyalty Card #”.
Then for the section “Loyalty Card Assigned To”, make sure nothing is selected.
Finally Hit “Search”. You can then hit the “Refill Card” button for the card that shows up.
You will then see a screen like below:
“Recharge Card Value” should already be selected, that’s what we want.
Change “Payment Type” to “Cash” and then add a decent value to “Recharge Amount”
Then scroll down till you see a screen similar to the one below:
For “Assign To”, we should change it to anything that isn’t “Customer”. This gives us access to the option below that.
“Auto Recharge” should be selected, “Minimum amount” refers to the amount that will cause a reload.
Then you put an amount (lower than $150) in “Reload Amount”.
Finally you press “Recharge now” and you will see some green text that says “Successful”
