This is where you can set up the free wash promotion.
Click on the tab “Manage”——> “ Manage Category” and Click “Add New Category”.
You will see the entry box below: You MUST provide a name for it and the “usage required for free wash” should be the amount just 1 below the intended free wash.
I.E. “10th wash free” would be a 9 for “usage required for free wash”.
Now it is time to decide which machines get that specific promotion.
You can decide to give all the Washers in your laundry the same promotion or you can set up multiple promotions based on the Washer used.
For example, you can group the 20lb, 30lb and 40lb in one category and the 60lb, 80lb in a second category.
In order to decide which machines get the promotion you need to click the blue arrow in order to move the washer model number from the section “Available Model” to “Selected Model”.
Once you have moved the appropriate machines to the Selected Model, make sure you hit the “Save” button.
If you only move a single machine model to the “selected model” that means every machine of that model will get the promotion but no other model washers will.
