Creating an “Employee Timeclock” card can be beneficial for keeping track of hourly employees.

You would go to the “Edit Card” window, accessible from the Manage Loyalty card page.

We need to change the “Assign To” value.

The Card HAS to labeled as an Employee, Technician, or Wash Dry Fold card in order for the “Timeclock” option to appear.

After this is done, you will notice the card’s status change on the “Manage Loyalty Card” page.

You can even search for these clock in/clock out transactions from the “View Trans” window, accessible via the Manage Loyalty Card window.
