In this section we are going to show how to look at and find Loyalty cards to make changes or confirm information.
From this page, you can search and View/Edit/Refill all loyalty cards you have assigned to your locations.
JUST pressing “Search” will give you a list of “Customer” loyalty cards.
You can also select other “Assigned To” options in case you have employee cards also.
You will presented with a list of card similar to the below image:
This also shows your totals for your cards at the bottom of the page.
Pressing “Bulk Assign” will assign all cards listed, to every location you have.
This helps if you add cards in batches and have recently added an additional location.
The cards you’ve already issued would not work at the NEW location until then.

The “Loyalty Card Assigned To” is especially useful if you have employee cards you want to check on.
Just make sure you have the assigned category you want to search is the ONLY thing selected and the “Loyalty Card #” field is blank.

This page will allow you to edit the following values for this particular card.
You can “Deactivate” a card from here, useful if you’re not sure about the activity of the card.
You can filter a search from the “Manage Loyalty Card” page by the “Deactivated” status.

Finally, you have the “View Trans” button that will take you to that card’s transaction history.
The transactions for each card can be filtered by certain criteria as well.
