The myshop-has:order condition checks if the order action is applicable. When the stock of the product is 0, for instance, the text within this tag will not be displayed. This way you can create an custom layout which works with the stock keeping options from the editor. All editor settings influence the display of this block, including the closed customer shop with customer rights (view only doesn’t display the block).
