Employees can add comments on the summary page. The following activities must include comments:
  • Workshop must include the name of the Workshop attended. If multiple dates are submitted, include the date with the name. If the work hours were consecutive without a lunch break, note that as well.
  • Athletic Activities must include the sport and level. If multiple dates are submitted, include the date with this information.
  • Home Instruction must include the student’s initials and subject in the comments field. If multiple students were tutored, include the dates with the initials.
  • Staff Assistants working with students after school must list the club or sport with the student’s initials.
  • Course of Study Revisions or New require the name of the course and the notation “new or revision”
  • Capped time must include the number of units worked out of the total approved. Example: If this is the first time adding hours (3 hours) for a position that was board approved for 20 hours, then you would enter “This is 3 hours of 20 hours approved.” If it was the second time entering your hours (now 2 more hours), you would enter into the comments section, “This brings the cumulative hours to 5 out of 20 approved.”

Before submitting, select an email preference for this request.

Finally, select Submit when all time for activities performed this week have been entered.

A message box will appear that you have successfully submitted your request.

On the summary page, the next approver box will list a name.

The names of the Approvers will be listed and updated as the request travels through the approval process.
