4. ACCOUNT SECURITY

In the event that you forget your user name and/or password and need to retrieve that information it’s imperative that you have your account security questions established into the EP.

DIRECTIONS:

1. Log into the EP
2. Click on the black down arrow next to your name
3. Click on Account
   

4. Click the plus sign next to ‘Security Questions
   

5. Establish 3 Questions w/ Answers
   

6. And click Save
   

!If you do not set up your account security questions you will not be able to retrieve your user name or password without assistance.
