Ensure that the worksheet, ODP, contains only active students in the Status column. Local ID for all students should begin with ODP. Tuition Code column is blank in most cases. In some years. the Tuition Code may be 03 for a student. These students are usually St Peter’s students that are paid for by the State of NJ.
Sort the worksheet, ODP, by:
- County Code Attending
- District Code Attending
- School Code Attending
Enter data in that order in the ASSA application.
Any Naples placements reported in the NJSMART submission were deleted from the preloaded data on the ASSA by NJDOE as part of the Non Public purge. These students must be added to the ASSA.
