Ensure that the worksheet, 06 Choice, contains only active students in the Status column. Be sure 06 is listed for all students in the Tuition Code column. MHRD is capped by the NJDOE at 128 students. If the worksheet lists more or less, see the Assistant Superintendent.
The ASSA application requires districts to report Choice students by resident county, resident district, and attending school.
Sort the worksheet, 06 Choice, by:
- School Code Attending
- County Code Resident
- District Code Resident
- Grade Level
Review and modify data in that order in the ASSA application.
