7.2. Workpaper 2 – Students Sent

Students sent are either shared time or full time. In most cases, shared time sent students are MHRD students sent to Morris County Vocational Technical School on a shared time basis. Students sent full time can be sent to other LEAs, Regional Day Schools or Private Schools for the Handicapped. The County Code Attending is an odd number for other LEAs and Regional Day Schools. The County Code Attending is an even number for Private Schools for the Handicapped.

For Sent Shared, sort data in the following order:

Using the filters in the following columns, verify the data preloaded in the ASSA and modify as necessary for each school, Knolls and Hills.:

• Grade Level without Special Education codes but with Speech (17) or exited (99)
• Free and Reduced within that grade level
• LEP without an exit date within that grade level
• Special Education codes excluding 17 and 99
• Free and Reduced within special education
• LEP without an exit date within special education
