5. POS System Data

Data from the point of service cafeteria system, the POS System, supports the low income, free and reduced counts reported on the ASSA. At the end of the day on October 15th export an excel report from the POS System for active students only that identifies the following:

a. Student name
b. Local ID
c. Grade
d. School
e. Application ID
f. Eligibility
g. Date of eligibility

!Temporary eligibility students, carried over from the prior year, are included in the POS System summary reports but not in the application detail reports. This list must be generated as well.

*Students that are enrolled in the MCVTS Academies at MHRD are included in the POS System. Since they are not reported on the MHRD ASSA, they must be excluded during the ASSA reconciliation process. These students are identified by a local id that ends with their year of graduation.
