9.1.1.2. Investigation Report

In this section of the Create New Incident form, users can document the findings and analysis of the incident investigation.

1. Relevant Documents (Optional): A file attachment field for uploading documents related to the incident.
2. Investigation Description: A rich text field for providing a description of the investigation findings, including identified root causes, contributing factors, and proposed corrective actions.
