Mass Assigning Approval & Endorsement Cycles from the List Page

To provide a familiar solution for creating or editing endorsement and approval cycles for multiple objects at once, we have added new approval and endorsement options to the list of mass actions available on the List page. This approach enables the creation of multiple cycles in one action, thus saving time and ensuring that all cycles have the correct configuration.
