Approval and Endorsement Cycle Issues

• Fixed an issue that caused the digital signature step during object approval to be case sensitive.
• Fixed an issue where sub-processes created from the Graph page failed to inherit the approval, endorsement and IR implementer values.
• Fixed an issue where lengthy approval and rejection comments were being truncated. To optimize this, we have increased the character limit to 5000 and users will now be notified when they approach this limit.
  

Security Improvements

• Several security improvements have been implemented in this release to enhance protection against potential vulnerabilities.
  

Risk Import

• Fixed an issue where importing risks from an Excel file did not display the likelihood, impact, score and priority information.
  

Graph Editing

• Fixed an issue where assigning a responsibility to an object would create a new lane containing the object.
• Fixed an issue where moving a flow object from one lane to another and back did not update the RASCI-VS value of the object.
• Fixed an issue where dragging objects upwards in the top lane would cause the lane to expand beyond the boundaries of the canvas grid.
• Fixed an issue where users were able to modify the parent of a subprocess while editing its details in any language other than the original.
  

System Administration

• Fixed an issue where system admins could not delete default object sub-types.
  

PDF Audit Trail

• Fixed an issue where the information in the PDF audit trail was displayed as a grouped block of text.
  

IPLs

• Fixed an issue where duplicate shapes were created in the swimlane map when expanding an IPL in the graph page.
• Fixed an issue where the expanded IPLs in the graph page were displayed twice, and the end and start events were linked together instead of the tasks.
• Fixed an issue where users were unable to localize a process that included an IPL pointing to a child subprocess.
• Fixed an issue where it wasn’t possible to save changes made to a process when it had an IPL to another process for which the user did not have read permissions.
  

Search

• Fixed an issue to improve the synchronisation between deleted objects and the search index.
• Fixed an issue where the search widget window would disappear when clicking on the object sub-type filter, and upon refreshing, the category filter dropdown would be unavailable.
  

Details & Graph Pages

• Fixed an issue where some buttons disappeared in the Details page when quickly switching between the Details and Graph pages.
• Fixed an issue where, in specific scenarios, using the horizontal scroll bar while viewing a zoomed-in process map would result in the zoom being reset.
  

Right-Click Menu

• Fixed an issue where an error would occur when clicking on ‘Edit’ in the right-click menu of the tree for a second time after having already performed this action and not saving the changes made.
• Fixed an issue where labels would not fit in the right-click menu in some interface languages.
• Fixed an issue where users were unable to create a new set from the right-click menu after creating a set, folder, and object using the same menu.
• Fixed an issue where users were not redirected to the draft version of a newly created folder record when it was created from the right-click menu of the tree, and the file did not have custom attributes to filter.
  

SOP

• Fixed an issue where process map icons were not displayed in generated SOPs.
• Fixed an issue where process maps in generated SOPs were not displayed correctly under specific steps and conditions.
  

Accessing an Attribute from the Organization Module

• Fixed an issue where accessing an attribute from the Organization module’s List page did not display all the attribute’s information, and the module name was incorrect.
  

To Do

• Fixed an issue where users were prompted with the digital signature pop-up when mass-rejecting objects in the To Do module.
  

Link to Object

• Fixed an issue where the “Link to Object” feature experienced delays in opening and populating with data.
• Fixed an issue where viewing extensive flow object descriptions on the graph page prevented the linked acronym information popup window from appearing.
  

Tree

• Fixed an issue where the tree would momentarily flash when users viewed a process map in fullscreen mode and navigated through different object levels using the arrow button.
  

Search

• Fixed an issue to improve the synchronisation between deleted objects and the search index.
  

Editing

• Fixed an issue to optimize the functionality of mass-editing responsibilities.

• Fixed an inconsistency issue with the preview flag in the share link feature.
  

Versioning
