In this section of the Define a New Training form, users can relate the training to different EPC objects.

  1. Regulatory: This is a checkbox which, if enabled, allows users to relate the training to a regulation/rule.
    • If selected, the checkbox will display the following fields:
      • Edit: This button allows users to edit the versioning type of the rule.
      • Inline Add: This button allows users to add a rule.
        • Rule Name: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves a list of rules from the EPC database. It allows users to select only one value at a time from the dropdown.
      • Inline Edit: This button allows users to edit a rule.
        • To edit, select the rule that you want to edit from the grid and click on the Inline Edit button.
        • Once you have made your changes, either click on the Save button to save your work or click on the Cancel button to cancel the changes.
  2. Documents: This is a checkbox which, if enabled, allows users to relate the training to a document.
    • If selected, the checkbox will display the following fields:
    • Edit: This button allows users to edit the versioning type of the document.
    • Inline Add: This button allows users to add a document.
      • EPC Document: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves a list of documents from the EPC database. It allows users to select only one value at a time from the dropdown.
      • URL: This field is automatically filled when an EPC Document is selected from the dropdown and saved.
    • Inline Edit: This button allows users to edit a document.
      • To edit, select the document that you want to edit from the grid and click on the Inline Edit button.
      • Once you have made your changes, either click on the Save button to save your work or click on the Cancel button to cancel the changes.
  3. Process: This is a checkbox which, if enabled, allows users to relate the training to a process.
    • If selected, the checkbox will display the following fields:
      • Edit: This button allows users to edit the versioning type of the process.
      • Inline Add: This button allows users to add a process.
        • EPC Process: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves a list of processes from the EPC database. It allows users to select only one value at a time from the dropdown.
        • URL: This field is automatically filled when an EPC Process is selected from the dropdown and saved.
      • Inline Edit: This button allows users to edit a process.
        • To edit, select the process that you want to edit from the grid and click on the Inline Edit button.
        • Once you have made your changes, either click on the Save button to save your work or click on the Cancel button to cancel the changes.
