Once created, the instance will be displayed under the Pending Tasks of the user.
*If a pre-training has been set up for the training, assignees will first receive the Pre-Training task. Otherwise, they will receive the Execute Training task.
The user will also receive an email notification informing them that they have a pending pre-training task.
Clicking either on the subject in Pending Tasks or on the link in the email should direct the user to the Pre-Training task. (Users can also access the task from EPC. For more details on this approach, click here.)
Once you have completed the pre-training survey, click on the Pre-Training Completed button.
*If the user has been assigned a quick form survey/exam, they will need to either double-click on the question or select the question from the grid and click on the Edit button to be able to answer it. While in editing mode, along with choosing/inputting their answers, users can navigate through the various questions using the arrows on either side of the Apply button.
