Once the Define a New Training form has been submitted, the assigned user will receive a notification in their Pending Tasks informing them that they need to review the training definition.

Clicking on the subject in Pending Tasks to the Review the Training Definition form. This form is largely a duplicate of the Define a New Training form, with the exception of a few details. For the most part, users cannot make any modifications to the form. They are allowed, however, to offer access any linked EPC objects as well as perform Excel-related activities. Listed below are the other primary differences between the forms:

1. Comment Section

At the bottom of the Review Training Definition form, there is a comment section that allows the reviewer to offer comments on the training.

  • To add a comment, click on the icon in the top right corner, input your comment(s) in the text field, and then click on the Apply button to save your work.
    • Once saved, your comment, along with the date and time at which it was created, will be displayed in the field.
  • To edit a comment, click on the icon in the bottom right corner, make changes as desired to the original comment, and then click on the Apply button to save your work.
  • To reply to a comment, click on the icon in the bottom right corner, input your reply, and then click on the Apply button again to save your work.

2. Reject/Approve/Save Form

  • Reject: This button allows the reviewer to reject the training definition.
    • Once rejected, the training definition will be sent back to the user who created it so that they can perform the necessary modifications.
      • The rejected training definition will be displayed in their Pending Tasks folder. It will be entitled Modify Training Definition.
  • Approved: This button allows the reviewer to approve the training definition.
  • Save form: This button allows the reviewer to save the training definition.
