Once the Quality Event form has been submitted, the assigned user will receive a notification in their Pending Tasks informing them that they need to review the issue.

The user will also receive an email notification informing them that they have a new task to do.

Clicking on either the subject in Pending Tasks or the link in the email will direct the user to the Review the Issue form.

  1. Quality Event ID: This field is disabled in review mode. It displays the ID of the quality event.
  2. Event Type: This field is disabled in review mode.
  3. Event Title: This field can be modified in review mode.
  4. Severity: This field can be modified in review mode.
  5. Organization: This field can be modified in review mode.
  6. Related Documents: This field can be modified in review mode.
  7. Reason: This field can be modified in review mode.
  8. Issue Statement: This field can be modified in review mode.
  9. Review Notes: This is a description box that allows the user to input any review notes. In this field users can insert headings, bullets, images, tables, links, and media files (as well as change font colors, font sizes, background colors and more).
  10. Need More Details: This button allows users to send the issue for further modification.

  11. Immediate Containment: This button allows users to immediately contain/correct the issue.

  12. No Issue: This button allows users to end the task, if upon review they find there is no issue.
  13. Save Form: This button allows users to save the form. It will remain in the Pending Tasks tab.
