In this section, users can access the Quality Event Reasons module, which allows users to define the items in the Reasons dropdown.

Defining Reasons

In this section, users can create, edit, and delete the reasons used for quality events.

  1. Inline Add: This button allows users to add a new reason.
    • Name: This is a text field that allows users to input the name(s) of the reason (in English [default], French, Arabic, or German).
    • Active: This is a checkbox which, if enabled, allows for the reason to be displayed in the Reason dropdown.
    • This checkbox is automatically enabled whenever a reason is added; however, if users do not want the reason to be displayed, they can still manually deselect the checkbox.
    • Save: This button allows users to save the reason.
    • Cancel: This button allows users to cancel the reason.
  2. Inline Edit: This button allows users to edit an existing reason.
    • All the Inline Add fields will reappear and users can make, save, or cancel changes as desired.
  3. Export to Excel: This button allows users to export selected columns from the grid to Excel.
  4. Excel Template: This button allows users to generate an Excel template of the grid.
  5. Import from Excel: This button allows users to import data (inside columns) from an Excel sheet into the grid.
