In the Synchronization with EPC application, users can now simultaneously import and synchronize EPC departments, users, roles, and relations. Users can now also preserve the relationships between DBP and EPC objects.

  1. Environment: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of environments from EPC. It allows users to select only one value at a time from the dropdown. It is a mandatory field.
    • If there is no data inside this dropdown, users will need to select the Submit Form button in the Admin App EPC Settings module.
  2. Import All: This button allows users to import all data—all departments, users, roles, and relations—from EPC.
    • Once this button has been selected, it will take a few moments for the form to update. Once the form has updated, a message outlining the results of the import will appear in the Output field.
  3. Output: This field is automatically populated with the results of the import once the Import All button has been selected.
    • If the import has occurred successfully, it will list the number of departments, users, and roles now added to or updated in the system. If the import has not occurred successfully, it will list the errors, the cause behind them, and the number of failed additions/updates.
