The result of the packaging material solution due to the packaging material definition of a goods issue position is saved in the context menu “Packing pieces (all)”.

Delivery note number (@IAG_WAS4.U_Lsnr):
Contains the delivery note number of the goods issue position. The link button (yellow arrow) leads to the delivery note (B1), once the feature documents was executed.

DN pos. (@IAG_WAS4.U_Lsponr):
Contains the delivery note position number out of the goods issue position.

PP No (@IAGWAS5.U_Psnr):
Contains the packing piece number. Every packing piece gets a number automatically. The packing piece can be identified unambiguously with this number.

PP No in (@IAG_WAS5.U_Psinr):
Contains the number of the superior packing piece. If for instance the given packing piece is a SLC, the packing piece number of the pallet is then saved here.

Packaging customer name (@IAG_WAS5.U_Pmdnam):
Contains the customer’s label for the packaging material. This label is printed on the shipping papers and used in the ASN data.

PP content (Number) (@IAG_WAS5.U_Psinh):
Contains the quantity located in the packing piece.

PP net weight (@IAG_WAS5.U_Psngwt):
Contains the net weight of the packing piece.

PP tara pred. (@IAG_WAS5.U_Pstvrg):
Contains the tare weight of the subordinate packing piece.

PP separator weight (@IAG_WAS5.U_Pstrgw):
Contains the tare weight of the separators in this packing piece.

PS gross weight (@IAG_WAS5.U_Psbrgw):
Contains the gross weight of the packing piece.

Quantity per layer (@IAG_WAS5.U_Mngebn):
Contains the quantity packed in one layer of the packaging material.

Number of layers (@IAG_WAS5.U_Anzebn):
Contains the number of layers in the packaging material.

Total quantity of packaging (@IAG_WAS5.U_Anzgpm):
Contains the total amount of packaging material in a packaging definition. Always enter a “1” here. It only becomes important if the packaging definition consists of frames.

Number of separators (@IAG_WAS5.U_Anztrm):
Contains the quantity of separators per layer.

Number of separators less (@IAG_WAS5.U_Lztswn):
Contains the numeric disparity between the separators on the last layer and a normal layer (if the last layer is not completely full, there is a chance that fewer separators are used, thus the difference between a normal and the last layer).

Amount of items in layer (@IAG_WAS5.U_Anzart):
Contains the actual amount of items in a layer (area).

Item net weight (@IAG_WAS5.U_Artgew):
Contains the net weight of the item to be packed. Only the first packaging material has a value here.

Packaging weight (Tare) (@IAG_WAS5.U_Pmdgew):
Contains the weight of the packaging material.

Packaging item (@IAG_WAS5.U_Itemcode):
Contains the internal item code of the packing piece. The link button (yellow arrow) leads to the item master data.

Packaging item name (@IAG_WAS5.U_Itemname):
Contains the item description out of the B1 item master data.

Content flag (@IAG_WAS5.U_Inhkz):
This button denotes the packaging material. Essentially there are just two kinds of packaging material: “carrier” and “separator” packaging material. The following characteristics are possible:

T Separator If the packaging material is used to separate layers or as a lid

Inventory management flag (@IAG_WAS5.U_Bfrkz):
This button deducts the packaging material in the ATM goods issue out of the “storage location packaging material” – it is defined in the tab ERP. The following characteristics are possible:

J Inventory management The packaging material is deducted in the ATM goods issue with the feature “Packaging booking”
N no inventory management No debiting is executed in the ATM goods issue with the feature “Packaging booking”

Transmission flag (@IAG_WAS5.U_Utgkz):
This button determines which packaging materials are transmitted to the ASN EDI. Packaging material that is not transmitted, is also not printed on the goods receipt/issue slip.

Value Meaning Description
J transmission The packaging material is transmitted in the ASN as well as printed on the goods receipt/issue slip
N no transmission The packaging material is not transmitted in the ASN as well as not printed on the goods receipt/issue slip

Goods tag format (@IAG_WAS5.U_Wahfrm):
This button determines which packaging material gets a goods tag and in which size (format) it is printed. The following characteristics are possible:

N no format No goods tag is printed for this packaging material
K SLC SLC goods tags are printed. Size is 1/4 DIN A4 page
G LLC LLC goods tags are printed. Size is 1/2 DIN A4 page

Goods tag identifier (@IAG_WAS5.U_Wahken):
This button determines on which layer the packaging material is located. Generally all SLCs in a cluster are denoted with the flag “S” (single) and the superior packaging materials (like a palletwith “M” (master). The folowing characteristics are possible:

S single This packaging material gets a goods tag with the flag “S” (single)
M master This packaging material gets a goods tag with the flag “M” (master)

Invoice flag (@IAG_WAS5.U_Rngkz):
This button determines whether the “receipt” creation for this packaging material in the ATM goods issue generates a separate position on the SAP delivery note position and also on the invoice. The following characteristics are possible:

N not on invoice No positions are created on the delivery note and invoice
J on invoice A separate position is created on the delivery note and invoice

Packaging Flag (@IAG_WAS5.U_Vpkkz):
Contains the packaging flag. The following characteristics are possible:

Ownership Flag (@IAG_WAS5.U_Eigkz):
Contains the ownership flag. The following characteristics are possbile:

Batch number (@IAG_WAS5.U_Chanr):
Contains the batch number of the content item. This number is assigned automatically through the feature Batches (via context menu).

Reference (@IAG_WAS5.U_Refer):
Contains a manually assigned reference number. This number is created with the feature Edit packaging pieces (via context menu).

Creation user (@IAG_WAS5.U_Anlusr):
Contains the user who created the packaging material.

Creation date (@IAG_WAS5.U_Anldat):
Contains the creation date of the packaging material.

Creation time (@IAG_WAS5.U_Anlzet):
Contains the creation time of the packaging material.

Update user (@IAG_WAS5.U_Updusr):
Contains the user who was the last to update the packaging material.

Update date (@IAG_WAS5.U_Upddat):
Contains the date on which the packaging material was last updated.

Update time (@IAG_WAS5.U_Updzet):
Contains the time when the packaging material was last updated.
