The feature “TSB file” creates a file and it is saved in a folder afterwards. The content of the file is the advise shipping note (ASN) as per VDA4913. The folder – where the file is saved – is stated in the standard TSB, containd in the business partner master data / ATM-EDI. This file is read by VW’s TSB programm and the corresponding shipping receipts are created. This feature can be executed only if the shipment status is “released”. This feature sets the shipment status to “GIS printed” afterwards.
